MEET THE PERFORMERS

JAYE HAMMER
Recording ArtistJeremy George, aka Jaye Hammer, was born on Sept. 1, 1981, in Friars Point, Mississippi. After discovering he could sing at a young age, he began his solo career at 18 years old when he was discovered by Arron Weddington, CEO of Blues River Records. Jaye is a dynamic vocalist whose soulful and sinuous style is the right combination of Soul Blues or Southern Soul.

J'CENAE & DC BAND
Singer/SongwriterJ'Cenae is a singer/songwriter and will be performing her hit single "Good Stuff." She has performed with blues & southern soul artists such as Marvin Cease, Nathaniel Kimble, and Vick Allen & Lacee. She is a native of Rolling Fork.

Celebrating its 21st year, Rolling Fork's Deep Delta Blues Heritage Festival celebrates the rich history of the South Delta, from its roots in the Blues to the event that led to the invention of the Teddy bear. Downtown Rolling Fork will be alive with the sounds of music and laughter on Saturday, May 4, as the Deep Delta Blues Heritage Festival continues this annual tradition with great entertainment, food & shopping.
