Along Highway 61, just about half-way between Cleveland & Vicksburg, lies Rolling Fork, birthplace of the father of the Blues, Muddy Waters. Celebrating its 21st year, Rolling Fork's Deep Delta Blues Heritage Festival celebrates the rich history of the South Delta, from its roots in the Blues to the event that led to the invention of the Teddy bear. Downtown Rolling Fork will be alive with the sounds of music and laughter on Saturday, May 4, as the Deep Delta Blues Heritage Festival continues this annual tradition with great entertainment, food & shopping. You won't want to miss the annual BBQ contest and Classic Car Show. We hope to see you at the Sharkey County Courthouse Square!
